JACER Provides training in help desk operations and customer service, as necessary. Our technician ensures that work areas are clean and safe according to applicable regulations. Our technicians provide Personal Computer (PC) maintenance, setup, troubleshooting and repair. Additionally, we provide printer maintenance, setup, troubleshooting and repair as well as software/application installation, troubleshooting and support. Our assigned technician is trained in troubleshooting and assist with repair of network connectivity issues. We also provide generalized customer assistance, as needed. Our employees also provide minor LAN Account Maintenance, movement of equipment. Additional duties include answering phone calls, taking messages and referring callers to appropriate offices, as needed. The employee is also tasked with interfacing with Base Communications Squadron as directed by the Information Assurance Officer.
